Roasted Salted Almonds - Way more cost effective and definitely tastier. Easiest recipe ever!

Serves: 3 cups
  • 3 cups raw almonds
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  1. Preheat the oven the 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, toss the almonds and melted butter to coat.
  3. Spread the almonds on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the salt. (start with ½ teaspoon)
  4. Bake 5 minutes, stir the almonds and bake another 5-10 minutes.
  5. Watch closely, almonds will burn quickly.
  6. Remove from the oven to paper towels to cool and drain, if desired.
  7. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
