Savory Chicken Salad - Not your typical chicken salad recipe. No nuts, no fruit here! The best-tasting chicken salad!
Recipe type: Sandwich
Serves: 4-6 servings
  • 3 cups of cooked chicken, shredded
  • ¾ cup celery, diced small
  • ¾ cup mayo
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
  1. Debone and shred the cooked chicken.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, celery, mayo, pepper, salt, celery salt, dried dill, and dried parsley.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
A cook time is not included because you can use any type of cooked chicken you have on hand. Store bought rotisserie, leftover chicken or poach a couple of chicken breast.
