Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1-2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha more to taste
  • 16 oz bag coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 3 green onions diced (green parts)
Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onion, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the ground pork, sauté until the pork is almost cooked through.
  4. In a small bowl mix the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger, and garlic. Set aside.
  5. Add the coleslaw mix to the skillet, pour the sauce mixture over the top, toss and sauté until the coleslaw is tender.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
