Ingredients
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus spears
Horseradish Cream Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons horseradish
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  3. Clean, trim and pat dry the asparagus. Spread the asparagus out on the sheet pan in a single layer.
  4. Roast the asparagus for 10 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, horseradish, and garlic salt.
  6. Remove the pan from the oven and spoon the sauce mixture over asparagus.
  7. Bake for another 4-5 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately.
