How to Make Whipped Feta
With a few simple ingredients, about a minute in the food processor, and you have an incredibly delicious dip, spread, or condiment.

Feta cheese is very salty! Don’t add salt until you taste it to suit your preference.
In the bowl of a food processor, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and black pepper.
Pulse until it’s smooth and creamy, scraping down the bowl with a rubber spatula as needed. Season with kosher salt and more black pepper to taste, and then pulse a few more times to combine.
Scoop the whipped feta into a shallow bowl or plate, and use the back of a spoon to swirl a well in the cheese. Then drizzle a few teaspoons of honey over the cheese, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and cracked black pepper.
