Cranberry Brie Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 sheets Puff pastry
  • 8 oz Brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry sauce
  • Thyme fresh, optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Cut each puff pastry sheet into 12 equal squares. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin and press a peice of pastry into each cup.

  • Place a piece of brie in each pastry cup, followed by a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
    8 oz Brie cheese, 1/2 cup Cranberry sauce
  • Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, optionally garnish wtih fresh thyme, and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftover cranberry brie bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat at 375 degrees F for 5-7 minutes to crisp up.
