Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian Slider Rolls
  • 1 lb Grilled Cuban Pork Tenderloin
  • 12 slice Swiss cheese
  • 4 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 24 Dill pickles more or less to your preference
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Parsley chopped, optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice the slider rolls in half lengthwise and lay them out. Place the bottom halves on a foil-lined baking sheet. Spread mustard on both the top and bottom halves of the rolls.

  • Layer thin slices of Grilled Cuban Pork Tenderloin on the bottom halves. Add a layer of Swiss cheese on top of the pork. Add another layer of pork tenderloin and Swiss cheese. Top with dill pickles.

  • Place the top halves of the rolls on the sliders. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.

  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
  • Let the sliders set for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.

Notes

To reheat Cuban sliders:
Oven: 350°F, 10-12 mins, covered with foil.
Microwave: 30-45 secs wrapped in a damp towel.
