Ingredients
3lbPork Loin Roast
1/4cupApple juice
2tbspKosher saltmore or less depending on the size of the roast.
2tbspCoarse Black Peppermore or less depending on the size of the roast.
2tbspFavorite BBQ rubmore or less depending on the size of the roast
Instructions
Preheat smoker to 300°F.
Season pork loin with kosher salt, black pepper, and your favorite rub. Optionally, inject with apple juice mixed with rub.
3 lb Pork Loin Roast, 1/4 cup Apple juice, 2 tbsp Kosher salt, 2 tbsp Coarse Black Pepper, 2 tbsp Favorite BBQ rub
Place pork loin in the smoker and smoke for 2 ½ to 3 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 140°F.
Remove from smoker and let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
